A Pipeline That Makes Short Films
Four short film pastiches, made end to end on one PC. The scene gets picked in a chat window; everything after that runs locally — Krea 2 stills, MiniMax H3 clips with dialogue, a face refine and 2x upscale, Inkscape title cards, an MLT cut and an FFmpeg mix, then the upload. Each stage waits for approval before the next one starts. The page walks the loop in order and the reel plays all four back to back.
Watch the reelOne Face, Two Models — Training a Likeness LoRA
Two adapters from one dataset, trained on the 5090 in an afternoon with Fizgig: a LoKR that holds my face in Krea 2 stills, and a LoRA that carries picture, motion and voice into MiniMax H3. Same trigger word for both. The page shows what it learned from, and the same prompt and seed with the LoRA on and off — the base model gives a different man every time.

Explore in 3DTheater Transition Stagecraft and Stop Motion Terms
Ask a video model to get from one room to another and it dissolves. A stage has to do the same job in front of a live audience and it never gets to cut. So I gave the agent a stagecraft manual instead of a prompt guide, plus the stop-motion terms it needs to write FLF2VA prompts: fly systems, trap rooms, wagons, micro-prop animation, persists_50. It read six Lori Nix dioramas itself and wrote all twelve prompts.

A 65-minute unattended loop on an RTX 5090: ComfyUI renders a frame, PIL scores its sharpness/colorfulness/brightness, a local vision LLM judges it out of 100 and rewrites the prompt, and the cycle repeats. Sixteen generations drift from a stained-glass mosaic seed to a 95/100 mandala ceiling, surviving four mid-run GPU timeouts along the way.
Watch it evolveref2video — Heroines in a Miniature Bar
Five action heroines composited into a Rolife miniature bar plate with Qwen-Image-Edit, animated through MiniMax H3, and cut into one continuous reel. The run report documents the locked quality recipe found across 20+ renders — bypass the Kontext scale node, feed refs at ~2MP, keep the plate at ~1MP — which took render time from ten minutes to two.

A production history of the 1997 35mm short by Jon Tojek and Peter Juneau, reconstructed from 28 cleaned emails: a midnight shoot in a live San Francisco hospital, two years of finishing and submissions, and the festival trail that followed. Built by a local Hermes Agent from a 1,081-email archive.

tldraw as a scriptable infinite canvas, driven by a local Hermes Agent over its HTTP API with ComfyUI generating alongside — cat-counting grids, hand-drawn perspective studies, stars turned into portals via img2img, and a four-LoRA style wedge.

Three experiments in iterative image generation. The workflow never changes — between frames an LLM agent scores the image against a fixed rubric and writes the next prompt. 41 images, every decision logged.
